These general terms and conditions (GTC) apply to all services of QualityUp Xochitl Brechbühl, Aeussere Grundstrasse 11, 8910 Affoltern am Albis (hereinafter «QualityUp»), in particular for coaching, training, reflections, business coaching, and culture design.
By booking a service, the client accepts these GTC.
QualityUp offers the following services:
The exact scope of the service is agreed upon individually.
A contract is formed when QualityUp confirms the booking or inquiry in writing (by email). The discovery call is free of charge and non-binding.
Prices for individual services are communicated transparently before the contract is formed. All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF).
Individual coaching: Payment is made in cash or via TWINT at the end of each session. If the client assumes the applicable TWINT transaction fees, this amount is donated in full to animal protection organizations. Upon agreement, a cumulative invoice with a payment term of 14 days can be issued. A one-time hourly rate reduction of CHF 25 per calendar year is granted for members of Zürcher Tierschutz, WWF, BirdLife, Pro Natura or other animal protection organizations with a currently valid membership card. The name and year of membership must be visible on the membership card and presented at the individual session for which the reduction is claimed.
Trainings, group offerings, workshops, and seminars: Fees are invoiced. If the client assumes the applicable TWINT transaction fees, this amount is donated in full to animal protection organizations. The spot is reserved upon receipt of payment. The invoice is due within 10 days.
Business Coaching & Culture Design for organizations: Invoicing takes place after the service is provided, unless otherwise agreed. The invoice amount is due within 30 days of issuance.
Appointments are scheduled jointly. Agreed appointments are binding.
Individual coaching.
In case of cancellation or rescheduling before the agreed appointment, the following applies:

Trainings, group offerings, workshops, and seminars.
Free cancellation is possible up to 14 days before the event starts. For later cancellations, the following conditions apply:
A substitute person can be designated at any time. Business days are Monday through Friday.

According to individual offer and contract.
QualityUp reserves the right to cancel events due to insufficient number of participants or for justified reasons. In such cases, amounts already paid are refunded in full.
QualityUp is committed to treating all information received in the course of service delivery as confidential. Session contents are not shared with third parties unless the client gives express consent. Possible confidentiality agreements with organizations are regulated separately.
QualityUp provides its services to the best of its knowledge and belief. Coaching and training do not replace medical, psychotherapeutic, or legal advice.
Responsibility for decisions and actions resulting from coaching or training lies with the client. Liability of QualityUp for indirect damages or lost profits is excluded.
All documents, methods, and materials provided in the context of coaching and training are protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without the written permission of QualityUp.
QualityUp® is a registered trademark. The use of the name, logo, or brand without the prior written consent of QualityUp is prohibited.
Swiss law applies exclusively. The place of jurisdiction is Affoltern am Albis, Switzerland.
If any provision of these GTC is or becomes invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
QualityUp reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. The current version is published on the website.
