For online booking of discovery calls, I use the service Calenso (Calenso AG, Switzerland). If you subscribe to the newsletter, your data (email address) is processed through the service Infomaniak (Infomaniak Network SA, Switzerland). Infomaniak is a Swiss company with servers in Switzerland and is subject to the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG). I use a double opt-in procedure: after your registration, you will receive a confirmation email with which you must confirm your subscription. Only then will you be added to the newsletter distribution list.

Email communication via info@qualityup.ch is handled through ProtonMail (Proton AG, Switzerland). ProtonMail is a Swiss email service with end-to-end encryption and servers in Switzerland. Written communication between you and me takes place exclusively via email, SMS, or the conventional telephone network. Social media (including WhatsApp, Telegram, etc.) are not used for this purpose.
Client data such as personal information, questionnaires, contracts, and materials generated during coaching sessions are stored physically in a locked space or cabinet, inaccessible to unauthorized third parties. Electronically collected data is stored securely (firewall, password protection, etc.).
For invoicing and client data management, I use the software bexio (bexio AG, Switzerland). Personal data such as name, address, email address, and billing data are stored and processed in bexio. bexio is a Swiss company with servers in Switzerland and is subject to the Swiss Data Protection Act (DPA). No client data is transmitted to artificial intelligence applications for preparation, execution, post-processing, or storage.
This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 340 S Lemon Ave #4133, Walnut, CA 91789, USA. When visiting the website, technical data (e.g., IP address, browser type) is automatically transmitted to Vercel's servers. Vercel may process data in the USA. Vercel is committed to maintaining adequate data protection standards.
